Synopsis/Plot
Come True is a 2020 science fiction horror film directed by Anthony Scott Burns and starring Julia Sarah Stone, Landon Liboiron, and Carlee Ryski. The film follows Sarah, a teenage runaway who takes part in a sleep study that promises to help her nightmares. However, she soon discovers that the study is a front for a sinister experiment, and that her dreams are not what they seem.
The film opens with Sarah fleeing from her home after a traumatic event. She is taken in by a group of street kids, who introduce her to a mysterious sleep study that promises to help her with her nightmares. She agrees to take part in the study, and is soon subject to a series of strange tests and experiments. As the study progresses, Sarah begins to experience vivid and terrifying nightmares, and she begins to suspect that something sinister is going on.
As Sarah investigates, she discovers that the study is being used by a group of scientists to harvest people’s dreams and use them to create a powerful artificial intelligence. Sarah must find a way to stop the experiment before it’s too late, and put an end to the nightmares once and for all.
