Synopsis/Plot
The Empty Man is a 2020 supernatural horror movie directed by David Prior. The film follows James Lasombra, a former police officer who is investigating a mysterious cult that is responsible for the disappearance of his friend’s daughter. As he delves deeper into the cult, he discovers a terrifying supernatural force that is connected to an urban legend known as The Empty Man.
The story begins when James and his friend, Amanda, receive a strange package with a note from her missing daughter, Sarah. The note contains a mysterious symbol and a warning about The Empty Man. James soon discovers that the symbol is associated with a cult that has been abducting people in the city. With the help of his friend, he begins to investigate the cult and the mysterious figure known as The Empty Man.
As James and Amanda investigate, they uncover a terrifying secret: The Empty Man is an ancient supernatural being that feeds on human fear and emotion. It is believed that the cult is attempting to summon The Empty Man in order to gain power and control. As James and Amanda race against time to save Sarah and the other victims, they must confront the terrifying force of The Empty Man.
