Synopsis – What to Expect from “Get Duked!”
Get Duked! is a 2019 British comedy film directed by Ninian Doff. The movie follows four teenage boys from Edinburgh, Scotland, on their Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme camping trip.
The boys—Dean, Duncan, DJ Beatroot, and Ian—are sent out into the Scottish Highlands on their adventure. Along the way, they are followed by two mysterious figures in a van. The boys soon realize that they are being hunted by the figures and must use their wits to survive.
The boys stumble upon a mysterious old house, which is inhabited by a strange old man. He reveals to the boys that they are being hunted by a group of hunters known as the “Duke’s Men,” who are trying to capture them for unknown reasons. The boys must now use their ingenuity to outwit the Duke’s Men and escape with their lives.
The boys use their wits and the help of some locals to evade the Duke’s Men and make their way back to Edinburgh. Along the way, they discover the truth about the Duke’s Men and why they were being hunted.
The boys must now use their courage and wit to outsmart the Duke’s Men and make it back home safely. Get Duked! is a hilarious and thrilling adventure that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
