Synopsis – What to Expect from “You Might Be the Killer”
You Might Be the Killer follows Sam (Fran Kranz), a camp counselor who is stuck in the middle of a horror movie. When his best friend Chuck (Alyson Hannigan) is brutally murdered by a masked killer, Sam is convinced that he is the one responsible.
Sam and Chuck had been working at Camp Clear Vista, a summer camp for children. On the night of Chuck’s death, Sam and Chuck had been playing a game of hide-and-seek. When Sam finds Chuck, she is already dead. Sam is immediately convinced that he is the killer and decides to flee the camp.
Sam is soon joined by a mysterious stranger, Nerf (Tiffany Shepis), who claims to be a horror movie expert and offers to help him figure out what is going on. Together, they must figure out why the killer is targeting Sam and how to stop him.
As Sam and Nerf investigate further, they discover that the killer is a former camp counselor who was horribly disfigured in an accident. The killer is seeking revenge against Sam and the other counselors for not helping him in his time of need.
Meanwhile, the camp is in a state of panic as the killer continues to stalk and murder the counselors. Sam and Nerf must race against time to stop the killer before he can kill them all.
