Synopsis – What to Expect from “Xtro”
Xtro is a 1982 British science fiction horror film directed by Harry Bromley Davenport. The story follows a father, Tony, who mysteriously disappears one night and is later found to be living on an alien planet. Three years later, Tony returns to Earth as an alien creature, bringing with him a baby boy.
The baby, Sam, grows up with his mother, Rachel, and her new husband, Joe. Sam’s strange behavior leads Rachel to believe that he is not her son, and she begins to investigate. She discovers that Tony had been abducted by aliens and that Sam is an alien-human hybrid. Rachel and Joe must then try to protect Sam from the government agents who are determined to capture him.
The agents enlist the help of a scientist, Dr. Whitlock, who believes that Sam is the key to understanding the alien life form. As Whitlock and the agents close in on Sam, Tony reappears and reveals that the aliens are planning to take over the world. Tony and Rachel must now protect Sam and stop the aliens from taking over the planet.
As the story unfolds, the audience is taken on a thrilling ride as Rachel and Tony battle the aliens and the government agents. Along the way, they uncover the truth behind Tony’s disappearance and the alien’s plan to take over the world. In the end, it’s up to Rachel and Tony to save the day and protect Sam from the aliens.
