Synopsis/Plot
Private Lessons is a 1981 comedy film directed by Alan Myerson, starring Sylvia Kristel, Howard Hesseman, Eric Brown, and Patrick Macnee.
The story follows Phillip Finkle (Eric Brown), a fifteen-year-old boy who is sent to stay with his wealthy uncle, Lester Lewis (Patrick Macnee), while his parents are away on a business trip. Phillip is a bit of a troublemaker and his uncle hires Nicole Mallow (Sylvia Kristel), a French tutor, to help him with his studies. Phillip is immediately taken with Nicole and begins to pursue her.
Nicole is not completely immune to Phillip’s charms and the two develop a relationship that goes beyond teacher and student. They embark on a series of mischievous adventures around town, including a wild night at a nightclub. Phillip’s uncle soon discovers their relationship and is furious, but Nicole manages to convince him to let them be together.
