No Retreat, No Surrender 2: Raging Thunder is a 1987 martial arts action movie directed by Corey Yuen and starring Loren Avedon, Cynthia Rothrock, and Richard Norton.
The movie follows Jason Stillwell (Loren Avedon), a young American martial artist who travels to Thailand to train with the legendary master, Toma (Kurt McKinney). Toma was once Jason’s father’s teacher and he believes that with Toma’s help, he can become a great martial artist like his father.
However, Jason soon finds himself in the middle of a power struggle between two rival martial arts schools, the White Dragon and the Black Dragon. The White Dragon is led by the ruthless Master Sun (Yukari Oshima) and the Black Dragon is led by the mysterious and powerful Master Khan (Richard Norton).
The two schools are in a heated rivalry and both are determined to win a martial arts tournament that will decide the fate of the martial arts world. Master Sun has hired an army of mercenaries to help her win, while Master Khan has enlisted the help of Jason.
Jason must now use all of his skills and training to help Master Khan defeat Master Sun and her army of mercenaries. Along the way, he will learn valuable lessons about life, loyalty, and the power of friendship.
