Synopsis – What to Expect from “Young Adam”
Young Adam is a 2003 British drama film directed by David Mackenzie and starring Ewan McGregor, Tilda Swinton, Peter Mullan, Emily Mortimer, and Jack McElhone.
The film is set in Glasgow, Scotland in the early 1950s and follows the life of a young drifter named Joe Taylor (McGregor), who works on a barge owned by Les (Mullan) and his wife Ella (Swinton).
