Synopsis – What to Expect from “Yoga Hosers”
Yoga Hosers is a 2016 horror-comedy film directed by Kevin Smith and starring his daughter, Harley Quinn Smith, and Johnny Depp’s daughter, Lily-Rose Depp. The movie follows two teenage yoga enthusiasts, Colleen Collette (Harley Quinn Smith) and Colleen McKenzie (Lily-Rose Depp), who are invited to a senior party by a popular classmate. While at the party, they discover an ancient evil lurking in the basement.
The Colleens soon find themselves battling an ancient evil known as the “Bratzis”, a race of ancient, evil, sausage-shaped creatures from the Canadian prairies who are bent on taking over the world. The Colleens enlist the help of legendary Canadian hunter Guy Lapointe (Johnny Depp) to help them fight off the Bratzis and save their town.
The Colleens must use their knowledge of yoga and their friendship to battle the Bratzis and save their town. Along the way, they encounter a variety of strange and funny characters, including a talking poutine (a Canadian dish) and a mysterious figure known as “The Beast”.
In the end, the Colleens must use their wits and yoga skills to defeat the Bratzis and save their town. Yoga Hosers is a fun and silly film that is sure to entertain viewers of all ages.
