WWE WrestleMania 31 is a professional wrestling event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). It took place on March 29, 2015, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
The event was headlined by a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match between defending champion Brock Lesnar and challenger Roman Reigns. Other matches on the card included Sting vs. Triple H, John Cena vs. Rusev for the WWE United States Championship, Randy Orton vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, and The Undertaker vs. Bray Wyatt.
The event began with a video package highlighting the history of WrestleMania and the WWE, and then transitioned into a musical performance from Kid Rock. The opening match saw the debut of Sting, who faced Triple H. After a back-and-forth match, Sting eventually defeated Triple H with the Scorpion Deathlock.
