Synopsis – What to Expect from “Write Before Christmas”
Write Before Christmas follows a young woman named Emma (played by Laura Marano) who is struggling to get her life back on track after a difficult break-up. She works as a part-time copywriter for a small advertising agency, but dreams of becoming a successful novelist.
One day, Emma receives a mysterious letter that changes her life. It’s from Santa Claus, asking her to write him a Christmas wish letter. Emma is hesitant at first, but eventually decides to take on the challenge.
With the help of her best friend, Emma begins to write her wish letter. As she does, she reflects on her past mistakes and learns to forgive herself. She also begins to realize what she really wants out of life.
Meanwhile, Emma’s boss at the advertising agency is trying to get her to write a jingle for a new client, but Emma is determined to focus on her wish letter. She eventually comes up with a catchy tune that her boss loves, and she even performs it in front of the client.
When Christmas arrives, Emma finally finishes her wish letter and sends it off to Santa. She then waits to see if her wish will be granted.
On Christmas day, Emma’s wish comes true in an unexpected way. She discovers that her letter has been published in a local newspaper, and that it has inspired many people in her small town.
In the end, Emma learns the true meaning of Christmas and realizes that
