Synopsis/Plot
Willow is an epic fantasy adventure film released in 1988 written by Bob Dolman and directed by Ron Howard. The movie stars Warwick Davis, Val Kilmer, Joanne Whalley, Jean Marsh, and Billy Barty.
The story is set in a mythical world of elves, dwarves, and other mythical creatures. The story follows Willow Ufgood, a young Nelwyn farmer who discovers an abandoned baby girl. He soon learns that the baby is the prophesied Princess Elora Danan, who is destined to bring about the downfall of the evil Queen Bavmorda.
Willow is then tasked with protecting the baby from Queen Bavmorda and her minions. He sets out on a quest to find the sorceress Fin Raziel, who can help him protect the baby. Along the way, he meets Madmartigan, a brave swordsman, and Sorsha, the daughter of Queen Bavmorda. Together, they face many dangers and obstacles on their quest to protect the baby and save the world from Queen Bavmorda’s evil.
