Synopsis/Plot
Wild Wild West is a classic western comedy starring Will Smith and Kevin Kline. It follows the adventures of two Secret Service agents, West and Gordon, as they attempt to prevent a notorious criminal mastermind from taking over the United States.
The film is set in 1869, during the time of the American Civil War. West (Will Smith) and Gordon (Kevin Kline) are sent to investigate reports of a mysterious weapon that has been developed by the notorious Dr. Arliss Loveless (Kenneth Branagh). Loveless is an evil genius who is determined to take over the country and has developed a weapon that can control the minds of people.
West and Gordon must use their wits and ingenuity to outwit Loveless and his henchmen. Along the way, they enlist the help of a beautiful female gunslinger, Rita Escobar (Salma Hayek), who assists them in their mission.
The film contains many action-packed sequences, as West and Gordon battle Loveless and his henchmen. It also features plenty of comedy, as West and Gordon bicker and banter throughout their mission.
