Synopsis/Plot
Widows is an action-packed thriller about four women who come together to finish the dangerous heist that their husbands died trying to pull off. Veronica (Viola Davis), Alice (Elizabeth Debicki), Linda (Michelle Rodriguez) and Belle (Cynthia Erivo) are the widows of four criminals who were killed in a failed robbery attempt. With their husbands gone, the women are left to fend for themselves. Desperate for money, they decide to finish the job their husbands started.
The women must use their wits and courage to survive the dangerous world of crime and corruption. They must also contend with the powerful politicians and criminals who are connected to the heist. As they work together to complete the mission, they begin to uncover startling secrets about their husbands’ past and the true nature of the heist.
The movie is full of tension and suspense as the women battle against the odds to pull off the heist. Along the way, they must also confront their own inner demons and fears. With a stellar cast and gripping story, Widows is an intense and thrilling ride that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
