However, this ad-enabled streaming policy conflicts with NHK’s distribution policy. The policy prohibits licensors from distributing content with the intent of advertising products and recommending services that can create misconceptions among viewers.
Since NHK raised this concern, Netflix agreed to keep NHK programs out of their ad-enabled program. For similar reasons back in 2017, there were rumors of AOT leaving Netflix.
But AOT won’t be leaving Netflix anytime soon. Even if there are some issues with policies and content distribution rights, Netflix will be ironing out the issues with the distributors.
That said, only season 1 of AOT will be available on Netflix for US and Canada thanks to geo-restrictions.
How to Watch Attack on Titan on Netflix?
Netflix has copyrights for streaming content across different regions. That’s why some titles which are available in other countries may not be available for streaming in the US and vice versa.

Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 3 Release Date

But recently a teaser was released that indicated the AOT Season 4 Part 3 is to be released in 2023. In the teaser, we can only view the protagonists from a Titan’s point of view.
