The film follows Scottie as he struggles with his vertigo while attempting to unravel the mystery of Madeleine’s behavior. He eventually falls in love with her, only to discover that the woman he loves is not who she appears to be. As he follows her through the streets of San Francisco, he slowly unravels the truth behind her identity and the sinister plot that Gavin has hatched.
