Synopsis/Plot
Unforgiven is a 1992 American western film directed by and starring Clint Eastwood. It tells the story of William Munny, an aging outlaw and killer who takes on one more job, years after he had turned to farming. He is accompanied by his former partner Ned Logan and a young man, the Schofield Kid.
The three of them set out to collect a bounty offered by the prostitutes of Big Whiskey, Wyoming, for killing two cowboys who had brutally beaten one of them. Along the way, Munny is confronted with his own mortality, his past, and the changing world of the American West.
The movie begins with Munny and Logan riding into Big Whiskey, where they meet the Schofield Kid, a brash young gunslinger. The Kid is eager to join them in their mission and prove himself. The three of them set out to find and kill the cowboys who had beaten the prostitute.
Munny and Logan soon realize that the local sheriff, Little Bill Daggett, is determined to protect the cowboys and prevent them from being brought to justice. Little Bill is a cruel and ruthless man who will stop at nothing to protect the town and its citizens.
