Synopsis – What to Expect from “Undercover Grandpa”
Undercover Grandpa is a 2017 action-comedy directed by Erik Canuel. The movie follows the story of an elderly man (James Caan) who has been living a quiet life in his small town until his grandson (Liam Hughes) is suddenly kidnapped by a local gang. Desperate to save his grandson, the grandfather decides to take matters into his own hands and go undercover to infiltrate the gang and rescue his grandson.
The grandfather, with the help of his old war buddy Jack (Robert Klein), begins to put together a daring plan to infiltrate the gang. He puts on a disguise and joins the gang, pretending to be a criminal looking to make some quick money. He quickly learns the ropes and makes connections with the gang members, all while keeping his true identity a secret.
Meanwhile, the grandfather’s grandson is being held captive by the gang and is being forced to do their bidding. The grandfather must find a way to rescue his grandson without getting caught by the gang.
The grandfather’s plan is put to the test when the gang discovers his true identity. He must now use his experience and skills to outwit the gang and save his grandson before it’s too late. With time running out, the grandfather must find a way to save his grandson and take down the gang once and for all.
