Synopsis/Plot
Under Wraps is a 1997 Disney Channel Original Movie directed by Greg Beeman. The movie follows three 12-year-old friends, Marshall, Gilbert, and Amy, who accidentally revive a mummy while exploring in the basement of Marshall’s house. The mummy, which they name Harold, comes to life and begins to wreak havoc on the town. The trio must keep Harold hidden from the rest of the town, while also trying to figure out how to reverse the spell and send the mummy back to his tomb.
The movie follows the trio as they explore the town, trying to find the ingredients for the ritual that will send Harold back to his tomb. Along the way, they must also contend with a nosy neighbor, a suspicious police officer, and a mysterious figure who seems to be tracking Harold. As the movie progresses, the trio discovers that Harold is actually a prince from ancient Egypt, cursed to remain in his tomb until he is reunited with an ancient amulet. With the help of the amulet, the trio is able to break the curse and send Harold back to his tomb.
Under Wraps is an exciting adventure movie with plenty of laughs and plenty of thrills. It is a great movie for the whole family
