Synopsis – What to Expect from “Two Girls and a Guy”
Two Girls and a Guy is a 1997 romantic comedy-drama film written and directed by James Toback. The film stars Robert Downey Jr., Heather Graham, and Natasha Gregson Wagner as two women who confront their boyfriend, played by Downey, when they discover he is seeing both of them simultaneously.
The movie follows two young women, Carla and Lou (Graham and Wagner), who have been dating the same man, Blake (Downey Jr.), for several months. When the two women discover that Blake is seeing them both at the same time, they make a plan to confront him. They arrive at his apartment and find him with another woman, who he claims is his cousin. After a heated argument, Blake admits that he has been seeing both of them.
The two women are shocked and heartbroken. They demand to know why he has been lying to them and decide to stay in his apartment until he gives them a satisfactory answer. As the night progresses, they confront Blake about his lies and deceit, and eventually discover the truth about his past.
At the same time, the two women begin to bond and develop a friendship. They realize that despite their differences, they have a lot in common. As the night goes on, they come to understand why Blake has been seeing them both.
In the end, the two women come to terms with Blake’s deception and decide to forgive him. They part ways with a newfound understanding and appreciation
