Synopsis/Plot
Turner & Hooch is a 1989 American buddy cop comedy film starring Tom Hanks and Beasley the Dog. The film follows Scott Turner (Hanks), a by-the-book police detective in the small town of Cypress Beach, California. After his partner is killed in the line of duty, Turner is forced to adopt the only witness to the crime – a slobbering, uncouth dog named Hooch. Despite their differences, the two form an unlikely bond as they try to solve the murder and bring the perpetrator to justice.
