Synopsis/Plot
Truth or Dare is a 2018 horror film directed by Jeff Wadlow and written by Michael Reisz, Jillian Jacobs, Chris Roach and Wadlow. The movie follows a group of college friends who are lured to Mexico for a vacation, only to find themselves playing a dangerous game of truth or dare with deadly consequences.
The movie stars Lucy Hale as Olivia Barron, a college student who is about to graduate and is looking forward to a summer of fun with her friends. Tyler Posey plays Lucas Moreno, Olivia’s best friend and secret crush. Violett Beane, Nolan Gerard Funk, Hayden Szeto, and Sophia Taylor Ali co-star as Olivia’s other friends, Markie, Tyson, Brad, and Penelope respectively.
The friends are invited to a mysterious party in Mexico and, upon arriving, discover that they have been chosen to play a game of truth or dare. They are told that they must complete the game or they will suffer the consequences. As the game progresses, they must choose between telling the truth or performing a dare, with the stakes getting higher as the game continues.
The friends soon discover that the game is more than just a game and that it has been designed
