Synopsis – What to Expect from “Troop Zero”
Troop Zero is a heartwarming adventure about a ten-year-old girl named Christmas Flint (Mckenna Grace) who dreams of being a part of the Birdie Scouts, a local group of girls who sing in a competition. Christmas and her friends, Rayleen (Milan Ray) and Hell-No (Charlie Shotwell), form their own troop, Troop Zero, and set out to compete in the Birdie Scouts’ singing competition.
Christmas’s life is not easy. Her mother is deceased and her father, Joseph (Vince Vaughn), is a struggling contractor. Christmas’s dream of competing in the Birdie Scouts competition is a way to escape her difficult home life and to prove her worth to her father.
On their journey, Christmas and her friends face numerous obstacles, including an uncooperative troop leader, a rival troop, and a lack of funds. The girls must find a way to overcome these challenges and make it to the competition.
Christmas and her friends are also aided by a mysterious figure, Miss Massey (Allison Janney), who helps the girls with their journey. Through her guidance, Christmas and her friends learn valuable lessons about friendship, courage, and determination.
In the end, Christmas and her friends not only make it to the Birdie Scouts competition, but also win it, proving to themselves and everyone else that they are capable of achieving their dreams.
