Synopsis/Plot
Tremors 2: Aftershocks is a 1996 science fiction horror film directed by S.S. Wilson. It is the sequel to the 1990 film Tremors. The film follows the story of the survivors of the original film, who must band together to battle an even greater threat.
The film begins with a mining company drilling for oil in the small desert town of Rejection, Mexico. They inadvertently awaken the giant, man-eating worm-like creatures known as Graboids. The survivors of the original film, Burt Gummer (Michael Gross) and Earl Bassett (Fred Ward), are hired to help the townspeople fight off the Graboids.
Burt and Earl soon realize that the Graboids have evolved into an even more dangerous form known as Ass Blasters. These creatures are capable of flying and spitting fireballs. With the help of a local mechanic, Grady Hoover (Christopher Gartin), and a young Graboid hunter, El Blanco (Marcia Strassman), Burt and Earl must find a way to stop the Ass Blasters before they destroy the town.
The film features plenty of action and suspense as Burt and Earl battle the Ass Blasters.
