Synopsis/Plot
To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar is a 1995 comedy featuring Patrick Swayze, Wesley Snipes, and John Leguizamo as drag queens Vida Boheme and Noxeema Jackson and Chi-Chi Rodriguez.
The film follows Vida, Noxeema, and Chi-Chi as they travel from New York City to Los Angeles in a pink Cadillac convertible. Along the way, they encounter a variety of characters, both friendly and hostile, as they make their way to the finals of a drag queen pageant.
The three queens must learn to work together in order to survive their adventures and make it to the pageant in time. Along the way, they make friends and allies, and even find love in the most unlikely places.
The film is a lighthearted comedy that celebrates the power of friendship and the importance of accepting others for who they are. It is filled with colorful characters, outrageous costumes, and plenty of laughs.
