Synopsis/Plot
Titan A.E. is a 2000 American animated science fiction action-adventure movie produced by 20th Century Fox Animation and directed by Don Bluth and Gary Goldman. The movie follows the story of Cale Tucker, a young man living in the 31st century who is tasked with saving humanity from extinction.
The movie begins with the destruction of Earth by an alien race known as the Drej. Cale’s father, Professor Sam Tucker, had been working on a project to save humanity, and just before the destruction of Earth, he sends his son a mysterious capsule. Cale is then rescued by a group of human survivors, and with the help of his new friends, he embarks on a quest to find the Titan, a spaceship that his father had been working on before Earth was destroyed.
Cale and his friends travel to various locations in search of the Titan, encountering many obstacles along the way. They eventually find the Titan, but it is in pieces and needs to be reassembled. With the help of Korso, a former military captain, and Preed, a Drej agent, they manage to rebuild the Titan and use it to travel to the Drej’s home world.
