The film centers around Max Walker (Jason Scott Lee), a time cop from the future, who is sent back in time to the year 2004 to stop a powerful criminal mastermind from changing the course of history. The criminal mastermind is trying to create a new world order by manipulating the stock market and assassinating world leaders.
Max Walker must team up with a mysterious woman named Emma (Mia Sara) to find a way to stop the criminal mastermind before it’s too late. Along the way, they must travel back and forth through time, encountering a variety of villains and allies. The two must also battle time-traveling robots, and even face off against the criminal mastermind himself.
In the end, Max and Emma are successful in stopping the criminal mastermind and restoring the timeline. However, Max is forced to make a difficult decision, and must choose between his duty as a time cop and his love for Emma.
