Synopsis – What to Expect from “Time After Time”
Time After Time is a classic 1979 science fiction film directed by Nicholas Meyer. It stars Malcolm McDowell as H.G. Wells, David Warner as Jack the Ripper, and Mary Steenburgen as Amy Robbins.
The story follows H.G. Wells as he builds a time machine in his London laboratory in the late 19th century. When Jack the Ripper escapes capture and uses the time machine to flee to the future, Wells follows him to the year 1979.

As Wells and Amy become closer, they must also contend with the Ripper, who is still on the loose in the present.
