Synopsis – What to Expect from “Throw Momma from the Train”
Throw Momma from the Train is a 1987 American black comedy film directed by and starring Danny DeVito. It tells the story of two men, Owen (Danny DeVito) and Larry (Billy Crystal), who form an unlikely friendship as they both deal with their respective problems.

Larry, meanwhile, is a divorced teacher who is coming to terms with the fact that his ex-wife is now dating his former best friend.
The two men meet in a writing class and quickly bond over their mutual frustrations. One day, Larry jokingly suggests that Owen should “throw Momma from the train” to get rid of her. Owen, desperate for a solution, takes the suggestion seriously and hatches a plan to do just that.
He and Larry devise a scheme to kidnap Momma and put her on a train heading out of town. However, things do not go as planned and the two men find themselves in a race against time to save Momma from their own scheme.
Along the way, the two men must confront their own insecurities and learn to trust each other as they face numerous obstacles. In the end, the two men must decide whether or not they can go through with their plan and if they
