Synopsis – What to Expect from “Three Little Pigs”

Three Little Pigs is a classic animated short film released in 1933. It tells the story of three little pigs, Fifer, Fiddler, and Practical, who are sent out into the world by their mother to seek their fortunes.

The pigs build three houses: one of straw, one of sticks, and one of bricks. The Big Bad Wolf, who is determined to get into the pigs’ houses, attempts to blow down the first two houses, but fails. He then goes to the brick house and huffs and puffs until it too gives way. The three little pigs, however, have managed to escape and climb to safety up a nearby apple tree.

The Big Bad Wolf then decides to climb the tree and eat the pigs. Luckily, a passing cow hears the pigs’ cries for help and kicks the wolf out of the tree. The three little pigs then escape and run to their mother’s house.

The Big Bad Wolf is determined to get revenge and follows the pigs to their mother’s house. He attempts to blow the house down, but the mother pig has a plan. She fills the stove with hot coals, and when the wolf attempts to blow the house down, the hot air from his breath sets the coals on fire and the wolf runs away in terror.

The three little pigs are safe and live happily ever after.
