Synopsis/Plot
Thor is a 2011 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. It is the fourth installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the first Marvel Studios film to be released in 3D.
The film follows the powerful but arrogant warrior Thor, who is exiled to Earth from his homeworld of Asgard and stripped of his powers after reigniting an ancient conflict. As his brother Loki plots to take the throne of Asgard, Thor must prove himself worthy and reclaim his hammer Mjolnir in order to save his people and stop Loki’s plans of conquest.
