The Grand High Witch reveals her plan to turn all the children in England into mice, and Luke is discovered by the witches and transformed into a mouse.
With the help of his grandmother, Luke must find a way to stop the witches and reverse the spell. He teams up with Bruno, a mouse who was also transformed by the witches, and together they devise a plan to stop the witches.
The two mice travel to the witches’ convention and attempt to put a stop to the Grand High Witch’s plan. Along the way, they encounter a variety of obstacles, including a witch-hunting cat, and a giant rat.
