Synopsis/Plot
The Warriors is a classic 1979 action-crime film about a gang from Coney Island, New York, who are framed for the murder of a rival gang leader and must fight their way back to their home turf. The movie follows the Warriors, a group of street toughs led by the charismatic and resourceful leader, Swan, as they battle their way through hostile turf to make it back to their own turf. Along the way, they encounter gangs of all types, from the savage Baseball Furies to the mysterious Gramercy Riffs, and must use their wits and street smarts to survive. The Warriors also face off against the police, who are determined to bring them to justice for the murder they did not commit. With the odds stacked against them, the Warriors must rely on each other and their street smarts to make it home alive.
