Synopsis/Plot
The Visit is a 2015 American found footage horror film written, co-produced, and directed by M. Night Shyamalan. It follows a brother and sister who are sent to their grandparents’ remote Pennsylvania farm for a weeklong trip. The children soon discover that the elderly couple is involved in something deeply disturbing.
The film stars Olivia DeJonge, Ed Oxenbould, Deanna Dunagan, Peter McRobbie, and Kathryn Hahn. It follows Becca and Tyler, a brother and sister who are sent to their grandparents’ farm for a week-long visit. Initially, the children are excited to visit their grandparents, but they soon discover that something is not right with the elderly couple.
BeSoon, the children begin to experience strange occurrences around the farm, such as hearing strange noises at night, seeing strange figures in the woods, and feeling like they are being watched.
