The Toxic Avenger Part III: The Last Temptation of Toxie is the third installment in the Toxic Avenger series. It follows the titular character, Toxie (Ron Fazio), a mutant superhero created when a janitor is exposed to toxic waste.
The movie begins with Toxie living a peaceful life in Tromaville with his wife, Sarah (Phoebe Legere). However, his peaceful life is interrupted when he is approached by Apocalypse Inc., a powerful corporation that wants to use him for their own sinister ends. Toxie is tempted by their offer, and he agrees to join them.
Meanwhile, Sarah discovers that Apocalypse Inc. is planning to use Toxie to unleash a powerful toxin on the world. She teams up with her old friend, a scientist named Dr. Killemoff (John Altamura), to find a way to stop them.
As Toxie starts to become more powerful under Apocalypse Inc.’s influence, Sarah and Dr. Killemoff enlist the help of a mysterious figure named the Major (David Graf) to help them. The Major reveals that he is a former military officer who is also a mutant, and he helps Sarah and Dr. Killemoff devise a plan to save Toxie from Apocalypse Inc.
In the end, Sarah and Dr. Killemoff are able to save Toxie from the clutches of Apocalypse
