Synopsis/Plot
The Taming of the Shrew is a classic romantic comedy directed by Franco Zeffirelli in 1967. Set in 16th century Italy, the film follows the story of Petruchio (Richard Burton), a dashing fortune hunter who agrees to marry the headstrong and ill-tempered Katherina (Elizabeth Taylor).
