Synopsis – What to Expect from “The Scarface Mob”
The Scarface Mob is an American crime drama released in 1959. It follows the story of a group of mobsters who are determined to take over the Chicago underworld.
The movie begins with mob boss Tony Romano (Neville Brand) and his right-hand man, Vito Genovese (Robert Loggia), planning to take control of the Chicago underworld. They enlist the help of a young hoodlum named Sal Boca (Robert Blake) and a corrupt police officer, Captain Tom McNeil (Edward Binns), to help them achieve their goal.
Meanwhile, the FBI is hot on the trail of the mobsters and is determined to put an end to their criminal activities. Agent Joe Rossi (Peter Graves) is assigned to the case and is determined to bring the mobsters to justice.
The mobsters begin to make their move, using violence and intimidation to gain control of the city’s rackets. However, their plan is complicated by the interference of rival mobsters and the FBI’s relentless pursuit.
