Synopsis/Plot
The Postcard Killings is a 2020 crime mystery film starring Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Famke Janssen, and Cush Jumbo. The movie follows Jacob Kanon (Morgan), a New York detective who travels to Europe to investigate the murder of his daughter and her fiancé. He soon discovers that the couple was just the latest in a series of murders that have been taking place across Europe, all connected by postcards sent to the victims’ families. As he delves deeper into the case, Kanon discovers that the killer is targeting couples in a specific way, and that a mysterious organization may be behind the murders.
Kanon teams up with Swedish journalist Dessie Larsson (Janssen) to uncover the truth behind the murders. As the body count rises, they must race against time to stop the killer before they strike again. With each clue they uncover, they get closer to uncovering the secrets of the killer’s motives and identity.
