Synopsis – What to Expect from “The Mutilator”
The Mutilator is a horror film released in 1985, directed by Buddy Cooper and starring Matt Mitler, Ruth Martinez, Bill Hitchcock, and Connie Rogers.
The film follows Ed Jr., a young man who returns to his family’s beach house with some friends for a weekend of partying. His father, Ed Sr., gives him a key and tells him to not go into the locked room in the house.
However, when Ed Jr. and his friends ignore Ed Sr.’s warning and enter the room, they find a gruesome scene: a dead body and a strange weapon. Ed Jr. soon realizes that his father is a serial killer, and that he is the one responsible for the murders.
Ed Jr. and his friends try to escape, but they are soon pursued by Ed Sr., who is determined to silence them and cover up his crimes. As they are running away, they find out that Ed Sr. has been killing people for years, and that he has a special weapon that he uses to mutilate his victims.
The group eventually finds a way to escape, but Ed Sr. is still on their trail. In the end, Ed Jr. and his friends must confront Ed Sr. and put an end to his reign of terror. The film ends with Ed Jr. finally killing his father and ending his murderous rampage.
