Synopsis – What to Expect from “The Mistletoe Promise”
The Mistletoe Promise is a romantic comedy about two strangers who make a pact to help each other navigate the holiday season.
Natalie (Jaime King) is a successful executive who is too busy for love and romance. She meets Nick (Luke Macfarlane), a charming but lonely divorce lawyer, when she is shopping for a Christmas tree. They make a pact to help each other out during the holidays – they will pretend to be a couple so they can get through all the holiday events with ease.
At first, the plan works well, but as they spend more time together, they start to develop real feelings for each other. Natalie begins to realize that she may have been too quick to dismiss love and romance. But when Nick’s ex-wife shows up, their plans for a happy holiday season are thrown into chaos.
As the holiday season unfolds, Natalie and Nick must decide if they can find a way to make their fake relationship real or if they must part ways and go back to their old lives. With the help of a magical mistletoe, they may just find a way to make the love that they have been searching for.
