Synopsis – What to Expect from “The Million Dollar Duck”
The Million Dollar Duck is a 1971 comedy film starring Dean Jones, Sandy Duncan, Joe Flynn, and Joe Ross. The film follows the story of Professor Dooley (Dean Jones), a scientist who accidentally invents a formula that turns an ordinary duck into a genius.
The film begins with Professor Dooley working in his laboratory trying to create a formula that will make chickens lay bigger eggs. When he accidentally spills the formula on a duck, he discovers that it has turned the duck into a genius. Dooley quickly realizes the potential of his invention and decides to enter the duck into a duck-racing competition, hoping to win the grand prize of $1 million.
Meanwhile, Dooley’s daughter, Janet (Sandy Duncan), is determined to keep her father from entering the duck into the race. She believes that the duck will be exploited and that the money will be wasted on useless things.
Meanwhile, a shady character named Harry (Joe Flynn) is determined to get his hands on the duck and the formula. He sends his henchmen to steal the duck, but Dooley and Janet manage to outwit them.
When the duck-racing competition begins, Dooley and Janet must compete against a number of other racers. With the help of the duck’s genius, they manage to stay ahead of the competition and eventually win the grand prize.
At the end of the film, Dooley and Janet decide to use the money
