Cesar falls in love with a beautiful woman named Maria, but Nestor is more focused on their music. When their big break arrives in the form of a record deal, Cesar and Nestor are thrilled. But their newfound fame brings jealousy and conflict between the brothers.
Meanwhile, Cesar and Maria’s relationship is tested as Cesar’s newfound success and fame create a rift between them. Cesar is forced to choose between his love for Maria and his ambitions as a musician.
The brothers’ relationship is further strained when Nestor’s wife, Delores, becomes pregnant and Nestor is forced to confront his responsibilities as a husband and father.
