Synopsis – What to Expect from “The Last Man”
The Last Man is a post-apocalyptic science fiction film directed by Rodrigo H. Vila and released in 2018.
The story takes place in a post-apocalyptic future where a virus has wiped out most of the world’s population. The only survivors are a small group of people living in an underground bunker.
The story follows a young man named Will (Aidan Gallagher), who is the last surviving human being. He is living in the bunker with a group of survivors, led by a mysterious figure named The Captain (Will Patton).
The group has been surviving underground for years, but now they are running low on food and supplies. The Captain decides to send Will and a few other survivors on a mission to find more supplies.
The group heads out into the wasteland, but soon they find themselves in danger. They are attacked by a group of mutants and Will is the only one who makes it out alive.
Will is now alone in the world, but he is determined to find a way to survive. He soon meets a group of survivors living in an abandoned city. They take him in and give him shelter.
Will soon discovers that the city is the last safe haven on Earth. He also learns that the mutants are led by a powerful man named The King (Vin Diesel). The King wants to take over the city and enslave its inhabitants.
