Synopsis/Plot
The Jewel of the Nile is a 1985 American romantic adventure comedy film starring Michael Douglas, Kathleen Turner, and Danny DeVito. It is the sequel to the 1984 film Romancing the Stone.
In the movie, Joan Wilder (Kathleen Turner) and Jack Colton (Michael Douglas) reunite for a new adventure. After a chance meeting with a mysterious sheik, they are invited to join a daring quest to find the fabled Jewel of the Nile. Along the way, they must battle a ruthless enemy, as well as their own differences, in order to succeed.
The Jewel of the Nile is a thrilling action-adventure with a dash of romance. Joan and Jack must brave the dangerous Middle Eastern desert, face-off against a ruthless enemy, and outwit a conniving jewel thief to find the Jewel of the Nile. Along the way, they must also resolve their differences and rekindle their romance.
