Through interviews with the family, law enforcement officials, and Bourdin himself, the film reveals the complicated story of a man who has spent his life pretending to be someone he is not.
The film also explores the psychological implications of Bourdin’s actions, as well as the consequences of the family’s decision to accept him as their own.
