Synopsis – What to Expect from “The I Inside”
The I Inside is a psychological thriller released in 2004. It tells the story of Simon Cable (Ryan Phillippe), a man who wakes up in a hospital with no memory of who he is or how he got there. He soon discovers that he is in a coma and has been for two years.
He also finds out that he is the only survivor of a car accident that killed his wife and unborn child. With the help of a mysterious doctor (Stephen Rea), Simon begins to explore his past and unravel the secrets of his life.
As he remembers more and more of his past, Simon discovers that he has a split personality and is actually two different people. He also finds out that his alternate personality was responsible for the accident that killed his wife and unborn child.
Simon must now confront his alternate self and find a way to make peace with his past and move forward with his life. The I Inside is a thrilling journey into the mind of a man struggling to make sense of his past and reclaim his identity.
