Synopsis – What to Expect from “The Good Guy”
The Good Guy is a romantic comedy-drama about a young Wall Street trader, Tommy Fielding, who is looking for a new direction in life. He meets Beth, a beautiful and independent woman who works in a bookstore. Tommy is immediately attracted to Beth and begins to pursue her, but she is reluctant to let him get too close.
Tommy soon discovers that Beth is not the free-spirited girl he thought she was. She is actually a single mother struggling to make ends meet and raise her daughter. Despite her reluctance, Tommy is determined to win her heart and prove to her that he is the right man for her.
Meanwhile, Tommy’s best friend, Daniel, is also looking for love. He is drawn to a young woman named Jessica, who works in the same office building as Tommy. Daniel and Jessica hit it off, and it looks like they may be the perfect match.
