Synopsis/Plot
The Doorman is a 2020 action thriller starring Ruby Rose as Ali, a former Marine who returns home from duty to take a job as a doorman in a high-rise apartment building in New York City. Ali soon discovers that the building is a front for a gang of international art thieves, and she must use her combat skills to protect the tenants and take down the criminals.
The movie follows Ali as she navigates her new job, dealing with the eccentric tenants of the building and trying to keep her past a secret. But when the criminals come for the valuable art pieces in the building, Ali must put her military training to use and fight back. With the help of a mysterious stranger, Ali must use her wits andfighting skills to protect the tenants and take down the criminals. As Ali dives deeper into the criminal underworld of New York City, she discovers that the stakes are much higher than she ever imagined. With the lives of innocent people on the line, Ali must face her fears and use her strength and courage to protect her new home and take down the art thieves.
