Meanwhile, Danny falls in love with Maggie’s sister, Maggie, and the two soon become romantically involved. But their relationship is threatened when Maggie’s father finds out that Danny was once a member of the IRA. He forbids Maggie from seeing Danny, and the two are forced to keep their relationship a secret.
As tensions between the IRA and the British Army escalate, Danny is caught in the middle. He must choose between his love for Maggie and his loyalty to his old friend Harry.
