Synopsis/Plot
The Boston Strangler is a 1968 crime drama film based on the true story of the Boston Strangler, the notorious serial killer who terrorized the city of Boston in the early 1960s. Directed by Richard Fleischer, the film stars Tony Curtis as the Strangler, and Henry Fonda as the police detective determined to bring him to justice.
The movie follows the investigation of the Boston Strangler, as well as the psychological toll it takes on Detective John S. Bottomly (Fonda). As the murders continue, Bottomly is forced to look into the past of the Strangler, and discover his identity.
